I finally shot a daily skincare routine video tutorial! My entire life I had the most basic routine- wash my face with warm water and made sure to always take off my makeup every night before bed with a makeup remover wipe. Now I have a more extensive routine (but still quick!), and I’ve added products I truly trust that I have been using for the past few years. I’ve sat on this for awhile. It’s been a year and a half since my trip to Cook Islands! I kind of half assed doing a VLOG- but since I’m going again for the 2nd time next month I thought I’d slap something together before my trip there, and at least put this out there. I really want to start doing more Youtube content even if the videos aren’t amazing. I want to always be uploading consistent and constant content for you guys, so it would mean so much if you would support and subscribe to my channel! As I’m sure you already know, Italy is my favorite place in the world. There is just so much to see and the country has it all. As much as I am in love with the Amalfi Coast, I love Tuscany just as much in a different way. I’ve been to Florence and Tuscany a few times, but this time was extra special because I had my mom and sister with me- girl’s trip! I was so excited to be in my favorite place in the world and bring my mom this time because I never get to travel with her. She landed in Florence and went straight to meet my sister and I at the train station to take the train to Chiusi, a town in the Siena region of Tuscany. Hi! I wanted to get candid about being in my 30’s and how I feel about aging, taking care of my skin, and how to stay looking young. I don’t do many posts like this because my beauty and skin routine has always been pretty minimal and simple. I have said on here and on Instagram that I have never gotten any plastic surgery, or have anything fake- even down to my hair and nails. I of course have no issues and there is no judgment whatsoever for those who have done those things. My second time in Belize and another great experience. I went to Belize a few years ago and really loved it too. It’s one of my favorite places to snorkel and be in the ocean- the marine life is incredible and so colorful. I stayed 9 nights this time and it was after Coachella so I really wanted to go somewhere to relax for once and not have to stress too much about work. What really made my experience special this time was staying at Coco Plum Island Resort. This is in no way a paid ad- staying there really made my trip amazing and I wanted to share my experience with you. It’s definitely a place worth looking into if you visit Belize. The staff there was exceptional and super attentive and friendly, the food was delicious, and the tiny remote island of Coco Plum Resort was a little slice of heaven in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. Cuba has been on my travel bucket list for as long as I can remember. When I went back to Trinidad for Carnival back in March, I decided it might be a good time to squeeze in a Cuba trip after because I was already out that way. I went with amazing photographer and good friend of mine Michael Moretti, (@Moretti) and we decided to just go and create with no strict itinerary. Cuba is such a unique and fascinating place. I’ve traveled the whole world and I found there is no place like it. Its history has so much depth and is so complex; I felt all kinds of mixed emotions when I was there. On one hand I was so excited to finally be there- the Cuban culture is just as vibrant as the the city of Havana. My 4th time in Dominican Republic and I love it more and more each time. This was my favorite trip to DR thus far. I went for my girl Christine’s bachelorette trip, hosted by the Dominican Republic Board of Tourism @GoDomRep. The past 3 trips to DR I’ve spent my time around the Punta Cana area which is where most people stay when visiting because its known for its beautiful beaches and all inclusive resorts. This time we explored the north coast hitting the beautiful beach towns of Samana, Cabarete and Puerto Plata. This was one of my favorite trips- it was an incredible group of girls and it was just good vibes the whole time. I wish I can go back to re-live some of these moments again.
