MIAMI SWIM WEEK 2016

Miami Swim Week is always crazy. This was my second year going and there is so much going on but it’s always fun. Each day my schedule was packed with parties, events and runway shows but I couldn’t make it to everything, it was exhausting. The main reason I went to Swim Week this year because it was right after I launched my swim line and I thought it would be great to have a presence there. I did a giveaway and gave all my model and blogger girlfriends my suits while I was out there. I even met Tash and Devin wearing my bathing suit and they kept saying how much they loved it so thought that was pretty cool. (I love them!) Below are a few of my favorite pics from this year. Make sure to follow along my snap chat for big events like this to see all the madness behind the scenes! It ain’t as glamorous as it looks 😉 (snapchat: Nicole_Isaacs) Shows/Events I got invited and/or went to: -Galore X …

THAILAND WITH MY BESTIES

I went to Thailand with two of my best friends Caity and Dominique. This was my first NON work trip in a long time so it was so much fun and honestly the experience of a lifetime to be able to travel with two of your closest girlfriends. Caity had an appearance at Comic Con in Bangkok so we were there for a few days, which was a few days too long lol. If you’ve ever been to Bangkok you know what I’m talking about. It’s not a place you want to be for more than a full day. The beauty of Thailand is out of the city and in the North and on the islands. I went to Thailand with my dad in 2009 so this was my second time there. I really love Thailand. It has gotten a lot more touristy since 2009, but it is still amazing. I highly recommend visiting Northern Thailand (specifically Chang Mai) to experience authentic Thailand. I visited Chang Mai with my dad but did’t get a chance …

CANCUN WITH ONIA

I recently just came back from a blogger trip with the swim wear brand Onia in Cancun, Mexico. I spent a few days at Nizuc Resort & Spa and it was absolutely beautiful. The weather was rainy most of the time which was a bummer, but it was still amazing to be there and we all still had fun and made the best of it. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, eating lots of food (what else is new), and we took a boat out one day to see Isla Mujeres and swim in the ocean. We also all went out in Cancun one night to dance at a few bars/clubs which was really fun! Take a look at my pictures from the trip. The last 9 photos are by photographer Jorden Keith. (All swim suits are Onia).

SAN DIEGO WITH REVOLVE

Last weekend I went to San Diego with Revolve Clothing and a few other bloggers for a relaxing getaway at Rancho Valencia. The resort was beautiful and we all had a really great time. The food at Rancho Valencia was delicious and we had amazing breakfast, lunches and dinner- including a tequila tasting which was super fun. We also had a relaxing spa and pool day which was a nice treat. We also went to dinner and a night out on the town in San Diego’s gaslamp district to go dancing for a bit. Check out a few pictures from my trip with Revolve below! The brands we wore throughout the trip were NBD, Tularosa, Lovers and Friends, and Privacy Pls. Check my Instagram (@NicoleIsaacs) for brand tags! *Also, be sure to follow my Snap Chat to see my trips in live time. I always give a  resort/room tour on where I’m staying so you can get more of the full experience. (snap chat: nicole_isaacs)

PARIS

I went to Paris with one of my best friends Caity recently and had the best time. She had a Comic Con appearance and asked me to come with her so for once it wasn’t a work trip and I actually felt like I was on vacation. We were with a really fun group of people that she worked with on her TV show. We explored during the day, went vintage shopping and went out to some great dinners at night. We even went to see Moulin Rouge! The show itself was a little outdated but it was an amazing experience to get to see it, and we got to go backstage to meet the dancers which was pretty cool. See a few of my Paris pics below! RESTAURANTS: (Below are a few well known Paris restaurants I ate at): L’Avenue- Great people watching in a pretty neighborhood. Perfect for lunch. Hotel Costes- Caity and I had an amazing dinner at Hotel Costes. Very Parisian. I sat next to  Olivier Rousting, the Creative Director of Balmain which …

SEATTLE TRAVEL GUIDE

I have wanted to visit Seattle ever since the first time I watched the movie “Sleepless In Seattle”. I’d heard so many great things about the city and it just seemed like a beautiful and romantic city. If you follow me, you can see I can’t stay in one place for long. I keep it moving, and sometimes I just need to leave LA whenever I start feeling uninspired, and traveling keeps me inspired. I find that when I am in a new surrounding or exploring someplace I’ve never been, I feel creative and think of new ideas and things to keep me motivated. I decided to leave LA last minute on Memorial Day weekend and book a quick trip to Seattle by myself. I have a few friends there so was just going to wing it and explore…what I do best! I wasn’t planning on filming a video while I was there, it was more of a vacation weekend for me, but decided to get some clips here and there in case I changed …

SINGAPORE

Singapore had been on my list of places to visit in Asia ever since I saw a picture of the iconic infiniti pool on top of the Marina Bay Sands hotel. I got to give credit to Instagram, it really changed the game for so many industries, the travel industry being one of them. I have traveled and added so many more places on my travel bucket list because of pictures I’ve seen on social media. Although my stay in Singapore was short, the city is quite small so my two days felt like enough time to see all the main landmarks and get a good feel of the city and had a great experience. Singapore is a very cosmopolitan city and reminded me a lot of Las Vegas. It was the first place I visited in Asia that didn’t feel like Asia. The Singapore skyline was one of the most breathtaking cityscapes I’d ever seen. I was blown away by the architecture of the city. The shapes and structures of the buildings was like …

SEMINYAK, BALI

Seminyak is Bali’s party scene. It’s a fun beach town buzzing with restaurants, boutiques, bars and beach clubs. If you want to experience the action, I definitely recommend visiting Seminyak. It has an entirely different feel from Ubud and it’s good to experience both. My Seminyak list includes these trendy spots: Potato Head Beach Club, Ku De Ta, Motel Mexicola, La Plancha Beach Bar, Sarong restaurant, and the W hotel. W RESORT & SPA SEMINYAK I stayed a few nights at the W Resort and Spa in the heart of Seminyak. Located right on the beach and next to the popular Potato Head Beach Club, the W has an exciting energy and is the perfect place to stay to be in the heart of all the action. It was a nice change of pace after relaxing in Ubud for a few days. I stayed there during the W’s 5-year anniversary party and danced under the stars and fireworks at the Woobar. I got my party fix in, but also had time to relax and enjoy …
