VIDEO: MY LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE AT WE CARE SPA

At the end of 2020 I had a health scare, and for the first time in my life, I was worried about my health. Pretty appropriate and typical that it happened in 2020- seemed like the year for everything to go wrong. This was the cherry on top for me… In November of 2020, I was rushed to the Emergency room for severe abdominal pain that affected my entire body. I first thought it was just cramps or food poisoning, anything but what it was. I just finished a hike and was driving home and felt like I was going to faint in my car. I was praying that I would just get home in time before anything happened. I got home and was doubled over on my couch and floor for hours refusing to go to the hospital, and convinced that I had the flu or some sort of stomach bug (which I’ve never had in my life, but definitely didn’t think it was anything serious). My stomach pain was so severe it affected …

EMSCULPT BODY TREATMENT REVIEW

Happy New Year guys! I know the majority of the posts on my blog are about food and travel but I also wanted to share a little bit about my life when I’m home in LA. Since I’ve had some time off traveling coming into the new year, I’ve decided to focus on myself and self-care. I’ve been giving my body the rest it needs and trying to get back on a routine which is difficult to do when on the road. I don’t consistently work out, I also don’t sleep well and don’t eat right when I travel and it starts to take a toll on me. I finally started to go back in the gym which was SUPER hard for me after months of not going. Because I am in an active mindset right now, in addition to the gym I decided to start EMSCULPT treatments by BTL Aesthetics. EMSCULPT is the first and only non-invasive body treatment that activates and enhances both muscle strength and body fat breakdown. FDA cleared and clinically proven, this treatment …

HOW I STAY IN SHAPE WHILE TRAVELING

Everyday I get asked the same question: How I stay in shape while I travel, and also how I stay fit eating the way that I do. I really hope after people read this they don’t completely hate me, but I’m going to tell the truth on my daily eating habits, as well as how I eat when I travel. If you know me or watch my snap chats, you know that I do NOT eat healthy and can eat an obscene amount of food in one sitting. I was the girl in high school having Taco Bell eating contests with guys, and winning. Those that also know me know that I HATE working out, and I actually don’t. My good friends joke they want to submit me to the government for scientific testing on how it’s possible that I’m not over weight and 300 pounds lol. I’ve always joked that I have a tape worm in my stomach named Norman, although it wouldn’t be funny if that were really the case. How I’m not …

ADJUSTING IN LA

When I am not traveling, I make the best out of my time spent in LA. I eat and venture out to new restaurants on my food #bucketklist, I explore different areas of the city and find new , fun activities to do, but I also try and take care of myself and get back to a proper and healthy lifestyle. Traveling can be tiring. I also tend to gain a few pounds when I travel because I don’t want to deprive myself of an experience in trying something new- I want to get the most out of everywhere I go. Flying on airplanes all the time is really hard on my body, and I’ve been flying a lot lately. Once in a while I like to get massages and visit a chiropractor to get adjusted when I get back to LA just to reset my body. The other day I visited Atlas Health Care Center to get my body  adjusted because I felt a little stiff. I was a little nervous at first getting my neck …
