FOUR SEASONS SUNDAY BRUNCH

I’ve been to a lot of brunches in my life, and the Four Seasons Beverly Hills Sunday Brunch takes the cake. It is by far my favorite brunch. We celebrated Mothers Day there this past weekend, and it was the perfect choice. First of all, the Four Seasons is an exquisite hotel. We sat on the indoor/outdoor patio, and every table had pretty fresh flower center pieces. The room was draped beautifully with curtains and chandeliers. It was alongside a beautiful lush garden and the weather was perfect. As far as the food goes… the buffet is huge. The lay out is in four different areas and is quite impressive. There is nothing they don’t have at this buffet- there is something for everyone’s taste. They even have a kids table with PB&J sandwiches, grilled cheese, mac n cheese, jello cups, chicken fingers, french fries, burgers, etc., which is actually my favorite part (don’t judge me). ALL the food is excellent. Even on a regular Sunday, their brunch buffet is just as good.  I tend …

THE MONTAGE RESORT & SPA, LAGUNA BEACH

One of my favorite places in the world is the Montage Laguna Beach. This five star luxury hotel is just a drive away from Los Angeles, but it feels like you are light years away from all the crazy LA streets and traffic. I call it a “staycation” at its finest.  It is so peaceful and relaxing there. The hotel itself is gorgeous. I love the decor- it’s contemporary beach chic, but feels elegant and luxurious. I’ve stayed in 2 bedroom & 1 bedroom ocean view suites, as well as a standard room, and all are very nice. The Montage is definitely on the pricey side, but it’s worth the splurge if you have the money to spend. I wanted to share some of my favorite parts about the Montage. Below are bits and pieces of my experiences  at different times. MORNINGS AT THE MONTAGE THE FRESH ASSORTED MORNING PASTRY BASKET I look forward to this for breakfast every time I go. The montage has a bakery on the grounds, and all their breads & …

BOJANGLES + BAHAMAS

I have heard so much hype about Bojangles. On my way to the Bahamas, I had a layover in Charlotte, North Carolina and there was a Bojangles at the airport!  Bojangles is basically a Southern fast-food chain, specializing in fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits. I had to finally try their famous Boberry biscuits that everyone talks about. It lived up to the hype!  They were served warm and fresh out the oven and were the perfect amount of sweet. On another level. The fried chicken was good too 🙂  If you are ever in the South, make sure to hit up this chain! Perfect food to eat before hitting the beach in a bikini. Of course I eat this on the way to the Bahamas….LOL I made it to the Bahamas! Amazing trip at The Cove at the Atlantis…. Dance party on the beach!

COACHELLA

This year was my first time at Coachella Music Festival in Indio/Palm Springs, CA. I’ve experienced other music festivals such as Lollapalooza in Chicago and Made In America in Philly, but I felt like I had to experience what all the hype was about Coachella. Basically everyone in LA goes to Coachella, and all my closest girlfriends were going this year, and the lineup was good so I decided this was my year. I had an unforgettable experience. Would I do it again? Not sure, but I’m glad I did it.  It was exhausting but I made some amazing memories with great friends. Check out some of my pictures… COACHELLA DAY 1 COACHELLA DAY 2 COACHELLA DAY 3

PALMILLA CALETA LUXURY VILLAS-LOS CABOS, MEXICO

My friends and I took a trip to Cabo and stayed in one of Palmilla Caleta’s luxury villas, “Villa Las Brisas”. The villa was beautiful, the weather was perfect, and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for five days and had a chef that was with us from morning until night. He cooked us breakfast, lunch and dinner, and made snacks and margaritas for us throughout the day. His name was Chef Victor and he was  amazing- I highly recommend a chef if you stay at one of these villas. They stock the house with anything you request from the grocery store and cook to your preference.  Palmilla Caleta is a gated community of luxury villas located next to the luxury One&Only Palmilla resort. It’s a thirty minute drive from Cabo San Lucas, (where all the bars/clubs/restaurants are located), but personally I think it’s worth staying here at Palmilla Caleta or at the One&Only Palmilla resort. It is the nicest place in Cabo in my opinion. It’s definitely more …

GLAZED DONUT BISTRO, LOS ANGELES

Gourmet donuts have become a new hot faze! Glazed Donut Bistro just opened in Los Angeles and I was invited to a private tasting before it opened to the public. The donuts were delicious. Glazed Donut Bistro make donuts fun. They have  unique flavors such as Maple Bacon, PB&J, Smores, Cremesicle, and so much more. Check out my private tasting experience below! VANILLA BEAN & BOURBON PECAN ON DISPLAY CHOCOLATE PRETZEL  & TUTTI FRUTTI ON DISPLAY RED VELVET ON DISPLAY  Tres Leches Donut,  Apple Crumb Donut, & The Cannoli Donut . All were delicious. I loved the Tres Leches one (the one with the fruit on top). It was light and fluffy and felt semi-healthy because of the fruit 🙂 The Apple Crumb was topped with a cookie butter, caramel glaze & apple compote. It reminded me of the Holidays. Very festive! Smores Donut: Filled with house-made marshmellow fluff, chocolate ganache then topped with Graham Cracker streusel & bruleed marshmellow. MISSED PIGGY: Sliders piled high with tender pulled pork on delicately sweetened donut holes, served …

THE ATLANTIS, BAHAMAS

I had such a crazy, adventurous holiday vacation lol…My friends and I started off in Cabo, Mexico for five days, then went to Miami for New Years Eve, then flew to the Bahamas to wind down after New Years before going back into work.  We flew private from Mexico to Miami and Miami to Bahamas. In the Bahamas we stayed at the Cove at the Atlantis. The Cove is the more sophisticated part of the Atlantis and it’s supposed to be adults only. It’s quieter, and super sexy. I loved it. We had a cabana by the pool/beach everyday. The “Cain at the Cove” is so beautiful. It’s the main pool area at The Cove with day beds and cabanas around the bool and located right on the beach. The DJ was amazing and spun all the hottest tracks by the pool (both house music and hip-hop).It had just a really fun and sexy vibe. When we wanted some more action we ventured over to the Atlantis to play in the Casino, visit the Aquarium, …

A DAY IN DOWNTOWN LA! DRAGO CENTRO, LOS ANGELES

MY DAY IN DOWNTOWN LA This past weekend I wondered around Downtown LA to some amazing locations and took some pictures just for fun! There are so many beautiful, artsy locations down there you would never think to travel to. Later in the day, I had dinner at the well known restaurant, Drago Centro in the heart of downtown. It was really great Italian food. We loved it. Check out my food pictures from Drago and I also wanted to share a couple pictures I took that day 🙂 l’insalata di cesare romaine, caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, garlic crostini This was a great ceaser salad to start out the meal. la mozzarella buffalo mozzarella, balsamic, tomato, basil, crostini The mozzarella was so creamy and delicious. It almost tasted and had the same texture as burrata cheese which I love. This is also the perfect appetizer.  gli spaghetti con il pesto alla trapanese  basil spaghetti, sicilian almond-tomato and basil pesto The basil noodles were  flavored with a pesto sauce as well as tomato sauce. It was …
