LA QUINTA RESORT & CLUB + L’SPACE GETAWAY, PALM SPRINGS

Escaped to the desert for a little getaway this past weekend at La Quinta Resort & Club and L’Space Swim. I was invited by the swim brand to spend the weekend there to relax and hang out by the pool. I never “relax” on trips so it actually felt like the first time I did in years which was nice. I brought a friend with me and we spent our days relaxing by the pool, had a private meditation session and enjoyed the beautiful spa. Traveling all the time takes a toll on me, so having a few day retreat like this once in a while is much needed for my health lol. I love Palm Springs. My grandparents had a house there so growing up it would be the place where we would have family getaways a few times a year on special occasions. Palm Springs is kind of nostalgic to me. I remember the warm nights spent with my family, spending hours by the pool, going out to dinners and making breakfast all together …

COACHELLA 2015

I had a quick but fun Coachella this year. I was fortunate enough to get artist passes but could only go for Saturday night so didn’t get to see a lot of performers that I wanted, but grateful to experience some nonetheless. My highlight was Kanye coming out during the Weeknd’s set. It was epic. I also really enjoyed FKA Twigs, Flosstradamus & Axwell & Ingrosso. I had to leave Sunday morning because I had a shoot in LA, but wanted to share a few Coachella pictures with you guys. Until next year! PS. What did you think of my Coachella outfit? xo

COACHELLA

This year was my first time at Coachella Music Festival in Indio/Palm Springs, CA. I’ve experienced other music festivals such as Lollapalooza in Chicago and Made In America in Philly, but I felt like I had to experience what all the hype was about Coachella. Basically everyone in LA goes to Coachella, and all my closest girlfriends were going this year, and the lineup was good so I decided this was my year. I had an unforgettable experience. Would I do it again? Not sure, but I’m glad I did it.  It was exhausting but I made some amazing memories with great friends.
